Keeping some good company

What does it say about the world of lung cancer advocacy that all the people in this online magazine are my friends. Proud, proud, proud to know these folks and fingers crossed that ten years from now we’ll do a reprise. I’m talking to you Julie, Andy, Sara ❤

PS: I’m the tall girl flipping a peace sign at Machu Picchu. Pg 24. Inside joke. Whenever I’m meeting an online date somewhere for the first time, I tell them ‘I’ll be the tall girl.’ I crack myself up 🙂

  1. Hello Linnea,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out on behalf of the Clinical Trials Transformation Initiative (CTTI). CTTI is a public-private partnership jointly founded by Duke University and the Food and Drug Administration. Our mission is to develop and drive adoption of practices that will increase the quality and efficiency of clinical trials.

CTTI in collaboration with the FDA will convene a day long workshop that will seek ideas for best practices for incorporating the patient perspective on clinical trials. Since you have been a patient advocate for many years, there has been a lot of interest for you to participate in this event. We would love to hear from you! Please contact me at jennifer.stevenson@duke.edu to learn more information.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to speaking with you!

    Kind regards,

    Jennifer
