I’m so happy for your revised diagnosis from terminal to chronic. My NSCLC story is very similar and I’m equally grateful to be here and feeling fine 4-1/2 years after my shocking and out of the blue stage IV diagnosis. After 2 yrs on IV chemo I was biopsied and very lucky to, like you, have a mutation that could be treated with a targeted therapy. Mine is called MET Exon 14 And for the past 2-1/2 yrs I take 2 pills a day and am living an otherwise perfect life.
I just turned 61 and am so thrilled to be here! I wish us both continued good health!
Hey Paula, nice to meet you. We both wish it were under different circumstances however I am glad to hear you are doing well. Let’s stay at this party as long as we are able 🙂
